Onion and garlic both contain toxic irritants. They are difficult to digest and irritate the stomach and intestines. Many ICers have difficulty in with digestion and IBS symptoms so you may want to skip those two items.

Also if your experience candida or chronic yeast infections be sure not to eat the skin of the chicken due to the fact that fat causes yeast not sugar. It simply feeds off the sugar in stage 3 of the digestive cycle and multiples.

I would also limit the amount of chicken you eat, it should not be more than the size of your fist, chicken like all meat is very acidic.
