This recipe is delicious. It is very moist and juicy. I added several rosemary springs bec we love rosemary. I know they're a lot of IC people that can tolerate onions/garlic but since I can not tolerate onions I substituted 1/4 teaspoon of an Indian spice called Heeng (Asafoetida Powder). It is a stinky spice that helps with digestion and has a similar flavor to garlic/onions. You must fry it in a drop of oil (about 30 seconds) to bloom the spice. I'm not sure about Gloriana's review, I thought we were to review how well the recipes tasted and how bladder friendly it was or was not. In this case it was fancy restaurant quality and with one change was 100% bladder friendly for me. Thanks for the site.
