Remember those great marshmellow rice crispy treats? Well this is a healthier version of those treats which uses Ricemellow cream instead of marshmellows. Ricemellow Creme is the first (and only) all-natural vegan marshmallow creme. It is smooth, creamy, sweet, fluffy and completely gluten-free.

Ingredients
2 cup Suzanne’s Ricemellow Creme
3 tsp butter
2 cup carob chips (optional)
6 cups crispy brown rice cereal
1 teaspoon organic vanilla
Directions
- Heat butter in small saucepan.
- Add Ricemellow Creme and vanilla and stir until smooth. Be careful not to over heat for ricemellow will burn and have an off putting flavor.
- In a separate bowl, combine cereal and carob chips (if using).
- Moisten hands and gently mix warm Ricemellow into cereal mixture.
- Press into a large pan and chill until firm.
- Cut into desired size squares .
- Store in refrigerator.
